About Me

Hi, I'm Heather Rouillard, owner and designer of Flower Girl Wedding Designs. I studied Horticulture in college.

I started this business in 2012 after I married my high school sweetheart in 2011 and hired a local florist for my wedding.

The flowers were not what I envisioned, overpriced and the quality was terrible.

Even though this happened, my wedding was perfect, and this was the best blessing in disguise.
